Repton Training Ltd

Repton Training Limited was established in September 1999 by Mr. Roderick Repton, after he retired from the police force, having served 33 years in the Derbyshire Constabulary and having attained the rank of detective chief inspector. The rationale was to provide quality legal and ethical training for the security sector.

Repton Training primarily provide National Vocational Qualifications in the security sector,  Security  Industry  Authority (SIA) specific courses, as well as bespoke Risk Courses such as Terrorism Awareness and Loss Prevention.

Repton Training aim to ensure that learners receive the best training in the industry; this is maintained by only employing trainers, assessors and internal verifiers that have direct experience to the qualification being offered, such as those with direct police, military and stewarding experience. Approximately thirty staff members work throughout the U.K on behalf of Repton Training Limited, at both Football Clubs and Security firms.

We feel our main strength is our previous experience, we have ex-Policemen who have served as Match Commanders  training and assessing  in Spectator Safety, we have licensing Superintendents training Door Supervisors, The ex-Head of Derbyshire Drug Squad who also worked at the Drug Intelligence Unit at Scotland Yard trains in Drug Awareness.
