Overview

Repton Training Limited requires fully qualified SIA trainers to teach the following:

Door Supervision
Security Guarding
CCTV
Vehicle Immobilisation
Cash & Valuable in Transit

All applicants must be fully qualified SIA trainers with proven experience of training in the old format, as well as capacity to teach the new format.

Applicants must have:

7303 Teaching award, preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector (PTTLLS)
1886 Level 3 Award in delivering conflict management
Maybo (or equivalent) Teaching Physical Intervention award (Door Supervision Training)
Relevant sector competence or experience in the subject required

Main Duties

Your main duties will be to:

Deliver and present a structured 3-4 day training programme in accordance with the SIA, the Awarding Body and Repton Training Limited’ requirements.
Prepare and distribute any lesson materials, including any handouts/booklets/PowerPoint’s etc. as necessary.
Assist the invigilator in the preparation of the examination room prior to the exams, in accordance with the awarding body stipulation.

Key Skills

A teaching qualification (7303) along with previous recent experience of training in the subject area. Also required a Conflict Management Award (1886) and a Physical Intervention award for Door Supervision training.

Due to the nature of the job it is essential that you hold a current driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
